Summary: Efficiency can be the difference between being a profitable business and a struggling one. We'll highlight ways to maximize efficiency throughout your business, including the sales process, customer service & follow up, tool selection, shop/work area setup, and detailing processes.

Objective: To help the industry maximize profits and time by identifying areas that can improve the efficiency in every aspect of their business.

Certified Detailers - Attending a webinar earns Certified Detailers 1 credit towards recertification.

Technology - Attendance will require an internet connection and ability to connect to GoTo Meeting. Test your computer at  The webinar connection information will be released one week before the event.

Cancellation Policy - There is limited space available for each webinar. If you register but find that you are no longer able to attend the live webinar, please cancel your registraion to free up space for others. Members can always access the webinar recording from the Member Resources page. Please note: no refunds or cancellations within 48 hours of the event. 

Price - Free for members and $25 for non-members. Non-members who join within 30 days of the webinar may apply the registration fee to membership dues* (join the IDA here).
