The International Detailing Association hosts a series of webinar presentations covering a variety of topics to help improve the knowledge and ability of IDA Members and Non-Members from the comfort of a home or office computer! Description - As the world turns increasingly more digital its important for detailers to understand the best way for them to conduct themselves in this world. The ability to communicate in text, in social media, and via email is increasingly important and there are a number of BIG mistakes that every detailer is making today that may be costing them business.

  • Cover the importance of communication skills in the digital world and places to seek to improve these skill sets.
  • Conduct and presenting a ‘persona’ online that customers and peers will be comfortable with. Tips and tricks for interacting with clients online.
